Résumé du poste : L’associé au Service à la clientèle aidera notre équipe à plusieurs établissements. La ou le candidat choisi fera partie de notre équipe talentueuse et contribuera au maintien de notre croissance.

Responsabilités :

  • Calculer l’affranchissement et affranchir les enveloppes et les colis; trier le courrier en fonction des destinataires.
  • Déterminer la méthode d’expédition, planifier la distribution des biens.
  • Préparer les connaissements et autres documents d’expédition.
  • Assembler les contenants et les caisses, inspecter et vérifier les biens reçus par rapport aux factures et à d’autres documents.
  • Maintenir à jour le système interne de tenue de dossier, acheminer/livrer les biens aux secteurs/clients appropriés.
  • Emballer les biens à expédier et déballer les biens reçus.
  • Apposer les renseignements d’identification et les instructions d’expédition sur les colis.
  • Veiller au chargement et au déchargement des biens.
  • Mettre l’accent sur le service à la clientèle; être prêt à recevoir de la formation d’autres services.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en informatique, en lecture et en écriture; bonnes aptitudes à travailler avec les autres, à planifier et à s’organiser; aptitudes à résoudre les problèmes; aptitudes à parler et à écouter.
  • Capacité de soulever des charges atteignant 23 kg (50 lb) . Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis (à l’oral et à l’écrit).

Summary of Position: The Customer Service Associate will assist our team at multiple sites. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and affix postage on letters, parcels, sort mail according to destination.
  • Determine method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods.
  • Prepare  bills of lading and other shipping documents.
  • Assemble containers and crates, inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents.
  • Maintain internal record- keeping system, route/deliver goods to appropriate  areas/customers.
  • Pack goods to be shipped and unpack goods received.
  • Affix identifying information and shipping instructions.
  • Oversee loading and unloading of goods.
  • Customer Service focused, willingness to be cross-trained.
  • Good Computer skills, good reading and writing skills, working with others, planning and organizing skills, problem-solving skills, speaking and listening skills.
  • Able to lift up to 23kg (50 lbs). French & English required (verbal & written).
 
Position Requirements
  • Au moins 6 mois  d’expérience dans un domaine relié au service à la clientèle
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent

 

Qualifications privilégiées :

  • Aptitudes à utiliser un clavier et à travailler avec un PC dans un environnement Windows (de préférence, Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience dans un domaine relié au service à la clientèle
  • L’expérience de l’utilisation de machines postales est un atout
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication orale et écrite
  • Capacité de soulever des charges allant jusqu’à 50 lb avec ou sans aide
  • Disposition et disponibilité à travailler pendant des heures additionnelles sur affectation
  • Disposition à se soumettre à un test de dépistage de drogue et à une vérification des antécédents criminels avant l’emploi
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
  • Aptitude à travailler efficacement seul ou en équipe
  • Compétence pour l’exécution de plusieurs tâches fonctionnelles
  • Capacité de respecter la politique de l’employeur en matière d’assiduité

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
  • Minimum of six months customer service related experience required
  • Experience running mail posting equipment a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Lifting up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations
  • Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
