Summary of Position: The Administrative Assistant will be based in Atlanta, GA. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.


  • Perform any and all duties as assigned by management to include:
  • Power point presentations, expense reports, email and work in client databases
  • Communicate to clients via email and phone calls
  • Handle calls for executives
  • Make calendar appointments
  • Order food for meetings
  • Set up and host Webex meetings and support underwriting and claim teams
  • Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times. 
  • Know, understand and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times. 
  • Take direction from site manager as required. 
  • Participate in cross training of responsibilities as appropriate. 
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required. 
  • Understand and adhere to all safety procedures. 
Position Requirements


  • Ability to work overtime if needed. 
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with clients and company personnel. 
  • Effectively work individually or in a team environment. 
  • Demonstrate competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft office Applications
  • Must be proficient using emails
  • Must be detailed orientated and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must demonstrate positive attitude
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience and ability to work in team environment required.
  •  Insurance experience preferred.
