Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Lead. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth. This position will be located in our San Francisco, CA location.
 

Responsibilities:

The Service Delivery Team Lead supervises Customer Service Associates. This includes direction, training, development, motivation and discipline; managing of all production and workflows at the site to ensure quality standards and time commitments are met; and preventative maintenance of equipment. The Service Delivery Team Lead also provides backup for the Customer Operations Manager.

  • Experience and knowledge of copying, fax and mail processes
  • Excellent supervisory skills
  • Relevant experience in customer service or applicable environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the insurance industry desired
 
Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience required
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel required
  • Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel or similar programs preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills preferred
  • Handling up to a maximum of 55  pounds with or without accommodations
  • Sort and deliver mail, packages, pouches both incoming and outgoing
  • Ability to walk, sit, stand or sit for long periods (possibly entire shift)
  • Ability to adhere to employee attendance policy
  • Experience and knowledge of copying, fax and mail processes
