Rollout Systems is seeking an experienced Information Assurance (IA) Analyst with Navy certification and accreditation (C&A) and hands-on IA operational experience.  The successful candidate will provide the Information Assurance (IA) analysis and certification and accreditation (C&A) expertise required to support the execution of all steps necessary for obtaining DIACAP and NIST Risk Management Framework accreditations, and will maintain complete C&A packages for assigned systems.  The candidate will review security requirements, products, configurations, and IA architectures to ensure the security architecture and associated accreditation documentation meets Navy and DoD IA controls and standards.   The candidate will provide advice and recommendations on IA and C&A matters and programmatic support in dynamic and challenging environments, participate in collaboration team meetings, coach program managers and IA practitioners through certification and compliance processes, and track critical IA processes and elements.   The candidate will draft required C&A documents and artifacts in support of accreditation actions, and perform C&A validation.  The candidate will maintain the accurate, steady, and consistent flow of information in response to client direction through established processes.  The candidate will be experienced and successful at solving complex cyber security issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and is dedicated to the success of our customers against advanced, persistent threats.
 
Experience with Retina or similar vulnerability scanning and assessment tools is desired.

Job Responsibilities:
 
Coordinates, schedules, and maintains interdepartmental interfaces, as well as supervises other skilled specialists in the area of technical expertise. Generates and follows written plans that specify detailed tasking and information requirements. Experience with the application of basic skills related to the specified area of technical expertise, which has led to development of a strong understanding of Information Assurance (IA).
 
 
Education:
 
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Information Systems, Information Technology, or Cyber Security (an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training may be substituted for education). Must hold a minimum of IAM Level I approved certification as identified in DoD 8750. Certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Fully Qualified Navy Validator are preferred.
 
Experience:
 
Eight years of experience in C&A and information assurance is required. Current experience and detailed knowledge of the DoD Information Assurance processes to include the DoD 5239 series, DoD 8500 series, and other service specific IA requirements is required. Knowledge of network architecture and understanding the relation to IA controls is required. Candidate must have experience in the certification and accreditation (C&A) process specifically developing DIACAP, Platform IT, and NIST Risk Management Framework documentation. Must possess the ability to identify unique system security characteristics, interview key organizational personnel, compose requisite documentation, and mapping complex technical requirements, functionality, and capabilities to prescribed security controls, policies, and practices. Must have the ability to communicate with and distill information from technical resources during formal and informal meetings.
