Share Email Opening Title Drain Service Technician IPS  Great Info   Location ICC - Kapolei, HI   Description Island Commodities/Island Pumping Systems (ICC/IPS) are divisions of Baker Commodities Inc. Technician will be responsible for all diagnostic, location and problem solving of plumbing systems Assess all work (time and material) Repair all copper, drain, waste and vent systems Repair, remove, replace and diagnose all commercial faucets and fixtures Operate camera and location equipment Repair grease traps and any ancillary equipment Responsible for the cleanliness, daily inspection, fluid level checks and overall daily maintenance of service vehicle and sewer cleaning equipment Secure all power tools and vehicle inventory Required to attain a Confined Space Entry Certification card (cost will be provided by the company) Must be available to work on an "on call basis" 24 hours a day 7 days a week (rotating) Report daily to Route Supervisor and turn in daily route sheets Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner Follow department and company procedures Keep up regular attendance and punctuality; regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the smooth operation of this company Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Must have one year OJT & experience in drain cleaning techniques Be able to operate and maintain cable machines in a safe manner Be able to interact with others in a professional and ethical manner while following the principals of good safety Speak effectively, write clearly and follow directions Valid Hawaii driver’s license with acceptable MVR Must be able to physically climb, crawl, navigate under, over roofs and confined spaces   Benefits • Paid medical, dental and vision coverage • Paid holidays • Paid vacation and sick time • Retirement plan available   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Various Shifts   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   About the Organization Baker Commodities Inc. has been in business for over 80 years.
