Combine functional, technical, and project management expertise. Utilize knowledge of data collection, data analysis, process mapping, and process modeling. Provide technical advice; and organize, plan, direct, and manage contractor staff to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are within prescribed time frames for projects similar in size and scope. Manage cost type contracts. Respond to short notice requests and suspense dates.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time, salaried / exempted position in IAW the Fair Labor Standards Act, “additional” hours (more than 8hrs per day) may be required due to workload or client urgent needs.
  • All work will be performed “on-site” in a standard temperature-controlled, secured office environment.
  • Work days are Monday-Friday.  Planned leave, or other absences require advance notice to the client.
Position Requirements

Job Description:

  • Generate management reports, assessments, and recommendations for program activities
  • Coordinate IAC performance metric inputs and performance reporting for IAC Program vendors; provide analysis and recommended courses of action to the Program Director
  • Survey new technology opportunities, identify relevant federal and military requirements, support implementation of technical surveys and assessments, perform cost-benefit analyses, support definition of a technology program, assist in the development of demonstrators and insertion strategies for new technologies
  • Follow up with appropriate DoD and Other Government Agency organizations to resolve any financial data discrepancies and deficiencies identified
  • Provide assistance in developing and maintaining programmatic records and data including technology related information such as S&T financial forecasts and assessments of roadmaps, transition plans, program plans, schedule status, and funding levels
  • Maintain the database system to reflect adjustments resulting from the budget submission and review cycles by maintaining current knowledge of IAC Program-wide investment strategies, both appropriated and reimbursable; provide a detailed analysis of planning methods and issues within and outside of the DoD
  • Provide analytical and computational analyses to complement all assigned IACs finance, budget, statistics, programmatic data, and information reports
  • Provide efficient methods of operations, assist in the maintenance of appropriate checks and balances and validation procedures as necessary, and provide assessments concerning factors and trends affecting identified funding resources, both appropriated and customer funded
  • Perform administrative coordination, program management and progress tracking, financial planning and document coordination, and conference planning
  • Draft for management review and approval basic IAC Program management documents, including operating procedures, multi-slide briefings, presentations, and other communication with stakeholders
  • Interact with government agencies and participate in relevant activities, including program tracking and scheduling

Required Education / Certification:

  •  BS Degree with 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent years of work experience is required.
  • Must currently possess an Active Secret Security Clearance
