Description

SUMMARY:
As a member of the ESG Leadership Team, this person will serve as the senior leader in capturing new business, executing existing business, developing strategic partnerships, expanding customer intimacy and ensuring customer satisfaction fir the U.S. Air Force and other assigned customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the Air Force Customer Business Team and is responsible all aspects of the HDT Global ESG business relationship with the U.S. Air Force and other assigned customers.
• Spearheads business growth initiatives that are consistent with the overall ESG strategy.
• Ensures financial targets for the Air Force Customer.
• Builds and manages an effective business development and program execution team.
• Researches and drives business expansion/collaboration opportunities for the market; supports development, in conjunction with senior management, the market strategic plan.
• Maintains process/ relationship maps to foster customer intimacy and management of customer at desired levels.
• Promotes a customer oriented focus and advocating customer intimate client relationships.
• Develops and maintains external relationships with regulators, elected officials and key trade associations (public relations presence).
• Pursues the development of strategic partnerships, relationships and alliances.
• Participates in due diligence audits, site visits, etc. of enterprises the company seeks to purchase.
• Oversees/supports marketing programs and partner channels that increase the company's revenues and customer base.
• Provides guidance and expert advice to product line leadership and technical staff from the provider perspective regarding design systems and processes that serve our customers.
• Supports strategic planning processes to ensure strategies align with market drivers and support a customer intimate approach.

 

 

Position Requirements

EDUCATION:
Bachelors or Masters in business administration or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Fifteen or more years of progressively complex experience in the defense industry with at least 10 years of combined experience with both business development activities and program management activities with the U.S. DoD. Specific experience with the Air Force is required.
