Customer Master Analyst

We are seeking a Customer Master Analyst to join our Global Data Management team at our corporate headquarters in Midtown Cleveland, OH.

This position will act as a data steward and directly manage the efforts to cleanse, organize, update and integrate customer data in SAP. Professional sense of independence, problem solving, and communications skills are required. This position will work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external sales partners to achieve objectives and assignments.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate  Customer Master Data synchronization requirements during the migration timeframe to ensure accuracy of data transfer between the legacy and SAP systems
  • Follow developed procedures to effectively manage the master data components that relate to customer master data
  • Actively participate in data clean-up and validation efforts by reaching out to all business partners to ensure integrity of master data across the systems.
  • Resolve non- compliance/ data integrity issues
  • Utilize standard set of tools to effectively manage the change process
  • Participate in business reviews and design sessions to assist in the identification of additional master data process requirements
  • Manage the efforts to cleanse, organize and update customer data on an on-going basis
Position Requirements


  • 2+ years of strong customer hierarchy knowledge
  • Proficiency of common office software (Excel, Word, Access etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong research and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • SAP knowledge
  • Industrial distribution experience
