We are seeking an experienced hands-on self-starter to manage design and production of planned marketing programs with emphasis on target industries, strategic accounts, and inventory management services. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Job Duties Include:


  • Assists in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for markets products and services.
  • Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, point of purchase displays, and signage.
  • Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
  • Manages development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
  • Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
  • Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
  • Provide post event reports, analysis and status reports on marketing programs.
  • Assist in planning, negotiation and evaluation of new products and services.
  • Assist in other operational issues as assigned or directed by supervisor or as necessary. 
Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or sales and marketing related focus
  • 5 + years sales or marketing related work experience
  • Proven  results in analyzing data and trends to create relevant and actionable business insights
  • Ability to travel a maximum of 30%



  • Master’s Degree
  • Self-motivated, quick learner
  • Direct sales or sales support experience
  • Strong analytical skills with reporting capabilities
