We have a unique opportunity for a seasoned internet sales professional in our Kansas City office. Expanding interest and new lead generation programs require a strong seller, primarily telephone, with internet marketing chops, to establish our direct inbound sales channel. Candidate also must have a deep knowledge of Google analytics and success metrics that can easily be explained to prospects and clients. Unlimited potential. Use your experience and background in e-marketing and sales to help build an exciting two year old start up. The candidate will show a strong inclination and track record for closing new clients and working with existing ones to market monthly internet marketing and social suite subscription services that provide customized, turn-key solutions that leverage content creation, content distribution, social platform integration, fan activation, lead gen, and social networking training and support for businesses of all sizes.
Some of the duties of the Customer Satisfaction Specialist position include:
• Consultative value discussions with current clients to retain and aid in customer satisfaction
* Outbound sales calls and emails to prospects • Response tracking • Following up on inbound prospect inquiries • Closing sales and meeting required sales quotas • Capturing and updating billing information • Managing client lists • Updating client information and tracking and reviewing reporting • Supporting other sales channels • Working closely with Vice-President of Sales
Desired Skills & Experience
• Minimum two years experience in telemarketing (outbound sales) • Excellent communicator fluent in internet marketing with a strong desire to succeed • Experience in Internet sales • Up to date on social media marketing and a curiosity and facility to remain current with emerging web technologies • A thorough personal knowledge of Social Media tools including - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs, Blogging and WordPress • Ability to update and create spreadsheets in order to generate reports as needed • Ability to work with and communicate easily across many levels of customer, client and management groups regarding issues, trends or concerns • Knowledge of Google analytics, WordPress, SEO and other e-business tools and applications
