Apartment Finder is currently looking to add two new Account Executives to our Inside Sales team. We are looking for the best of the best, and our ideal candidate will have repeatedly achieved top seller status in previous inside sales positions. Our Sales Champions are of course self-motivated and goal oriented, but you also must possess strong follow-through, attention to detail and you must love helping others reach their advertising goals by investing in our proven solution. You should also be thoroughly familiar with the Internet and comfortable closing prospects over the phone. 
 
Be prepared to smile and dial while making a minimum of (65+) outbound calls daily using a proven and scripted sales process. Previous experience selling over the Internet using GoToMeeting, ClearSlide, etc, will be very useful, but is not required. We do all training onsite and will have you up and running (making sales!) within your first 30 days! This is a full-time position with base pay plus commission. Core Responsibilities:
 
•         Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, pricing and processes
•         Cold call, thoroughly qualify and close leads through prospecting and follow-up on lead generation activities performed by
the marketing team
•         Use and follow a scripted sales process (both opening and closing scripts)
•         Manage prospects through the lead process cycle
•         Meet and exceed all daily, monthly and yearly revenue and client acquisition goals
•         Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contacts, opportunities and account information in databases
•         Make 65+ outbound calls per day
•         Transition closed lead to client service team
•         Generate reports detailing daily/weekly activities
 
 
Position Requirements

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2-3 years outbound telesales experience in a high-call volume environment with a proven
successful track record of closing sales
 
• Experience in online sales and marketing is preferred
 
• Operate a PC and all necessary software proficiently; must have experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Act,
Goldmine, Sugar, Vanilla Soft, etc.)
 
•Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint plus experience using Google Enterprise
systems including Gmail etc.
 
• Excellent oral and written communication plus ability to communicate via telephone in an effective manner is required
