Executive Vice President - Energy Operations 


Under general direction, lead the Energy Operations division to ensure operational excellence in achieving organizational goals by using expertise to provide leadership and management in the design and delivery of energy efficiency programs for utility, government, and related agencies including: energy efficiency, renewable energy, energy loan programs for utility residential and business markets and water conservation programs.  Oversee client programs, including program design, program implementation, contractor management, customer and trade ally outreach and development, program marketing, call center management, fulfillment and quality controls to ensure contract compliance, goal achievement, quality assurance and budget control.  Work cooperatively with the Strategic Development and Client Services Division on the design and development of new programs and services for new and existing markets, consistent with WECC’s mission.  Recruit, orient, train, manage and mentor staff and/or project partners to ensure effective service delivery.  Serve as a member of the Executive Team and assist the President & CEO in overall decision-making and management of the organization.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and six years of progressive experience with Energy Efficiency Program Management required.  As part of the six years of progressive experience with Energy Efficiency Program Management required, the individual must have at least 3 years of experience with market transformation-based programs.
