Your strong communication skills give you the ability to listen and create deep connections with our customers.

In this role, you will retrieve and document customer information while listening intently to vRide customers. You will demonstrate your ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. On a daily basis, you'll be building relationships with vRide current and future Customers. You will need  to have the core academic fundamentals like a high school diploma. We'll want to know that you've already shined brightly in customer care, for instance, a career in telecom, hospitality, insurance or banking. Above all, you want to serve our customers in a way that contributes to our company offering a superior transportation solutions experience at every opportunity.

 

 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or state equivalency certification required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience in a high volume telephone contact environment of issue resolution or inquiries preferred.
  • Experience with Windows-based PCs, including general office software knowledge required.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
