Description


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Scheduling, staffing and training
  • Sales optimization and staff development
  • Staff supervision & call monitoring
  • Reporting
  • Mastering all relevant reservation systems for golf, dining, hotel and spa
 
Position Requirements


The Call Center/Reservations Supervisor position is a full time year-round position and compensation will be based on experience. This position reports to the Reservations Manager. Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays and reliable transportation is a must.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Supervisory/management experience, computer skills and customer service experience are a must.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Call center or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation is a must as we are open regardless of weather.
