The main responsibility of the Product Specialist is to manage Chobani's packaging inventory, both current and future, in an organized and easily communicated way.
• Manage and organize all product inventory communication. • Lead weekly Product Activation calls with Sales, Marketing and Operations. • Work closely with Innovation and Marketing to launch new product packaging. • Maintain and build relationships with existing and new vendors in order to maximize relationships. • Act as project manager for new packaging art as well as maintenance on existing packaging art. • Create and lead our Product Claims Requirement document (with assistance from legal). • Work closely with Legal and Regulatory to assure product milestones are hit • Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, inventory gained and lost, etc. to management.
• This position requires the possession of a bachelor degree or higher in business administration. • Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience managing FMCG inventory, either in Operations or Marketing. • Successful candidates will have experience in Project Management. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, organizational skills, decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage large inventory accounts and calculation skills. • Good management and the ability to tackle emergencies are a must.
