National Sales Manager

CUSO Financial Services, L.P., a National Broker Dealer serving Credit Union investment programs, is growing, and is seeking a National Sales Manager.  This individual will report to our Executive Vice President of Program Development, and oversee our Regional Program Managers.  This individual will work remotely, communicating with our home office in San Diego, CA, and with our Program Managers throughout the United States. 

The National Sales Manager will oversee the continued growth, revenue and profitability of our Managed Programs.  They will assist in setting and achieving revenue/profit goals for the programs as a portfolio and individually.  It will be important to work closely with the Program Managers, Sr. Management, and staff of the financial institution to develop a business plan designed to grow the investment business and integrate it as a core offering of the Credit Union.  Our National Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting for staffing needs at designated programs, coaching, mentoring, and providing both basic and advanced training to Program Managers to implement the plan for success.

Position Requirements


  • Must have 5+ years related Sales Management experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Series 7, 24, 63, 65 (or 66) and Life Insurance licenses are required
  • CFP preferred
  • Expert knowledge of investment practices, mentoring and coaching, and budgeting
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must have a clean U-4
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Travel is required
  • Strong communication skills and public speaking experience
