Recruiters within JES Holdings achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and asssiting to manage the internship program.

Essential Functions:

  1. Work with management to identify new openings and place employment ads on appropriate venues.
  2. Meet with Recruitment staff weekly to determine recruitment priorities and fill goals for the week.
  3. Conducts recruitment efforts for all nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees including phone interviews, in-person interviews and administering testing.
  4. Seek executive approval on job offers; extend offers to finalist candidates and communicate with Training to coordinate the on-boarding of new staff to ensure a smooth transition. 
  5. Recruit the top students from universities by creating career fair materials, attending career fairs and events and coordinating follow-up with interested students.
  6. Special Projects to include: update and create new job descriptions, design and conduct wage and benefit survey, and establish recruitment metrics
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Related Field required
  • 1-2 years of work experience in customer service or administrative support required
