As the marketing communications specialist (b2b copywriter) supporting Water Online, you'll play a vital role on the account management team with the primary responsibility to: write, solicit, and optimize engaging, reader-focused content on behalf of Water Online's clients, develop working consultative relationships with our client base to improve the performance of their online marketing program manage the incoming content submissions from our client base and, using your search engine optimization (SEO) knowledge, optimize each piece of content for both internal and external search relevance, create persuasive online marketing copy to generate reader engagement and improve lead conversion rates, identify and develop story angles to create and promote compelling content on behalf of our clients to generate further reader engagement and interest, and review Web site performance analytics, identify means of improvement, and share this information with our advertisers. Additionally, you'll play a role in the promotion of client content via our email newsletters and provide live media coverage of our client base from industry events.
