Territory Sales and Service Representative 


International Territory Sales and Service Rep needed for international HDPE pipe distributor that believes in the Value-Cost principle and long-term thinking in a family atmosphere. ISCO is the largest HDPE distributor in the U.S. with 25 locations througout the United States and 4 international locations in Australia, Canada and Chile. We do business with over 39 countries currently throughout the globe. Prefer that candidates have previous cultural experience traveling/living abroad in a customer service role, and must speak French. Sales rep will be inside sales responsible for order processing, phones sales and quote follow-up, maintaining existing customer relationships, and supporting Outside Sales Rep with sales quote and closing . Individual must be a self-starter, and be able to handle a fast paced working environment, and enjoy working as a team and leading through innovation.

This position will work as an inside sales role in Eastern or Western Canada. 

Position Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Ideal candidate has a degree in a field related to business, international studies, a foreign language, or engineering.

                  Prefer Candidates have cultural experience traveling or living abroad.

Candidates must be bi-lingual in French.

Candidate needs to be proficient in use of Microsoft Office Programs, and familiarity in using Windows based business programs, or needs to have the ability to learn these programs.

Candidate must have strong project management skills

Must be able to focus on tasks, and be able to prioritize importance of tasks.

      Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in written and verbl communication with internal and external customers as well as vendors to clearly communicate requirements and abilities to meet the needs of projects.

Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, and work in an organized manner to document project progress and related communication.

Sales or Customer Service Experience over the phone, and/or in person is preferred.

Ideal candidates will also have an understanding of international logistics requirements.

Construction industry knowledge is a plus, and candidates must be comfortable communicating with engineers and contractors over the phone.
