Description
  • Develop and launch social plan to find Delphi’s audience, listen to them, learn from them, and (when appropriate) engage with them.

  • Advocate the brand on social networks.

    • Actively go out within the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate the brand.

    • Identify the most influential voices in our community and foster relationships.

    • Connect and engage with those who haven’t heard of Delphi and boost awareness for the company.

    • Inspire and empower Delphi’s constituents to engage with the brand – taking content and sharing them their own networks.

  • Strategically create and distribute a brand’s content across a variety of different social networks.

    • Create, manage and grow the company’s presence through blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.

    • Work strategically with divisions, regions and functions to integrate social media into business pursuit opportunities, talent acquisition, customer-specific campaigns, new technology launches and promotional campaigns.

  • Engagement: Analyze and leverage data so engagement decisions and actions within the community are audience-inspired.

  • Channel Growth: Measure how much content is published, how people engage with it, what kind of content performs best and what fuels the increase in followers.

  • Listening/Monitoring: Use social listening and analytics tools to find the conversations happening around Delphi and industry.

 
Position Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social and digital media.

  • Knowledge in all digital and social platforms and channels.

  • Strategic knowledge and execution of a comprehensive social media program.

  • Demonstrable track record of leading successful.

  • Excellent social, business, and marketing writing skills.

  • Creative thinker who can operate independently and is fast on their feet.

  • Needs to be strong team player and will work in global environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Portfolio of past work a plus.
