Service Technican Manager 


Universal Protection Security Systems is looking for a Service Technician Manager. The Service Technician Manager will be responsible for all activities related to installations and service which contribute to customer satisfaction, job profitability, and technician productivity. The Service Technician Manager additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate direct reporting staff
  • Supervise field personnel staffing with the goal of exceeding customer expectations while meeting company objectives
  • Responsible for the installation and service revenue goals as established by Senior Management
  • Responsible for ensuring internal and external customers are provided timely, regular, and accurate information throughout the installation and service process
  • Develop and implement standards, policy, and methods into the Installation and Service areas to improve and deliver consistent, profitable, customer satisfaction
  • Supervise the daily operations of project managers, technicians, and sub-contractors
  • Responsible for the overall work order process and completion of requested and contracted work which includes: Access Control, CCTV, Alarm, Fire, and Parking Systems
  • Special projects as assigned
Position Requirements

Qualified applicants for the Service Technician Manager position will meet the minimum requirements as listed below:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 4-year degree highly desired
  • 10+ years of progressive management experience in the Security Systems Integration industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally interact with all levels within the organization
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Technical knowledge of commercial security systems required
