Join a company that cares for and recognizes its people. As a Armed Security Officer, you will provide armed, uniformed security to a variety of clients.

We are seeking an Armed Security Officer to work evenings from 4 pm - 8 pm. This is an outstanding opporunity to earn additional income, or for Security Officers seeking a 4 hour schedule.

Additional hours are available on the weekends for Officers seeking more work. We have several armed sites in the Stockton region.

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid Firearms, Baton, and OC/Pepper spray permits.
  • Must have a duty belt with all equipment
  • 9mm, 40 cal., or 45mm semi-automatic firearm with the listed caliper listed on the firearms permit
  • Level 2 or higher holster

Pay = $13/Hr.

The successful Armed Security Officer candidate is responsible for providing security services at assigned location in Stockton. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Foot patrol of interior and exterior areas of assigned locations. This is a standing post.
  • Report suspicious activities and persons
  • Write detailed narrative reports, maintain daily activity reports (DARs)
  • Respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
  • Access control through an admittance process
  • Screen visitors and client employees in an efficient manner in order to expedite or bar their admittance to the site or facility
  • Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, and security violations
 

Position Requirements

Qualified Security Officer applicants will meet the following criteria:

  • Must have open availability and a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be trainable for multiple locations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have valid gun/weapons license.
  • Must possess a valid Guard License, or have applied and subsequently be issued such a license prior to employment, if working in a state where Guard license is required.
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
  • Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
