We are seeking a Customer Service Center Representative candidate for swing and/or graveyard shifts. All applicants MUST be available to work weekends.
The Customer Service Center Representative duties include but are not limited to:
· Monitoring, managing and responding to numerous remote security systems
· Remote handling of emergency and non-emergency situations at client sites (fire alarms, access control, and visitor assistance).
· Documentation of issues, notification to supervisory personnel and handling of all customer service calls in a timely manner
