We are seeking a Customer Service Center Representative candidate for swing and/or graveyard shifts. All applicants MUST be available to work weekends.

The Customer Service Center Representative duties include but are not limited to:

·        Monitoring, managing and responding to numerous remote security systems

·        Remote handling of emergency and non-emergency situations at client sites (fire alarms, access control, and visitor assistance).

·        Documentation of issues, notification to supervisory personnel and handling of all customer service calls in a timely manner

 

 
Position Requirements

The Customer Service Center Representative MUST be able to work Saturday thru Wednesday, Thursday and Friday off. Applicants for the Customer Service Center Representative position will meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proven record of stability and good attendance in past positions
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
