· High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US.
· As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
· Must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
· Must have 2+ years of customer service/dispatch experience. Prefer previous call center experience preferred.
· Possess a proven record of stability and good attendance in previous positions.
· Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
· Team player with the ability to get along well with others in a fast paced environment.
