Responsible for developing Top 100 and selected Food Processor/Wholesale Bakers, with a focus on value added business and managing individual accounts’ profit and loss to meet plan and company objectives in growth and development. Identify targeted Industrial accounts, analyzing volume, profit, and product mix potential. Coordinate and execute customer analysis process with targeted accounts to identify and obtain maximum account penetration in value added product categories with new and existing customers. Develop actionable business plans in conjunction with individual account profit and loss statements for each individual targeted account to meet plan requirements in volume and profit margin. Organize, manage, and implement customer business development teams to include Research & Development, Logistics, and Operations to achieve maximum account goals and objectives. Communicate and coordinate regional locations to support Food Processor/Bakeries headquarters rollouts on corporate sales with Regional Sales Managers as applicable. Coordinate and facilitate National account activity with Regional Sales Mgr's and Custom Pack, where it applies. Responsible for budgeted volume and margin contribution as it pertains to the specified territory / accounts. Responsible for direct reports and/or volume/margin contribution opportunities for specified National accounts. Increase penetration of Top 50 National accounts by 10% a year.

Position Requirements

Bachelors degree or food service specialty training or equivalent experience; 5 years minimum experience working in a sales capacity in the food service industry is preferred. Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools and using them on a laptop. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work with deadline constraints. Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral. Must be familiar with other office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, printers, etc.
