Join the leadership team as an Assistant Store Team Leader at the new Cicero, NY store opening fall 2013. The Assistant Store Team Leader, reporting to the Store Team Leader, is primarily focused on Associates within the Pet Supplies Plus store. In conjunction with the Store Team Leader, the Assistant Store Team Leader is responsible for completing the hiring process, ensuring Store Team Members are trained and developed, and ensure the store is properly stocked and maintained. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Educate and train store associates on corporate standards, sales programs and store layouts to maximize sales growth. Write the schedule for store associates to maximize productivity and minimize labor cost. Maintain store environments to ensure excellence in customer service, product availability and cleanliness.
