Description

Job Description:

OSC Administrative Specialist with SharePoint experience. Provide technical management assistance for the administration, and execution of AOC divisional functional management systems, databases and programs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with defining financial and administrative system requirements and priorities providing data and material solutions based on business need and technical considerations
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of divisional administrative financial and management activities, systems and programs
  • Assist with complex documentation and analysis studying ACC divisional financial and administrative environment.
  • Assist in execution of policies, systems, data/knowledge management activities, database queries, electronic records maintenance, reports and formats.
  • Provide interpretation of reports deriving specifications and conducting cost-benefit analysis of financial/administrative processes, procedures and requirement
  • Provide monthly and quarterly executive office metrics
  • Provide in-house financial and administrative research and analysis support
  • Assist in the determination and provision of financial and administrative trend information

 
Position Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years financial resource management experience, including budget cycle and program financial baseline analysis experience
  • 3 years of MAJCOM staff experience required, HQ ACC staff experience, or equivalent
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing the following financial processing software applications/systems: Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Commander's Resource Integration System (CRIS), Defense Travel System (DTS), and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Sharepoint administration.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Operating Budget Account Number (OBAN) travel and Government Purchase Card (GPC) fund management

Skills/Personal Qualities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team setting

Clearance: Secret

Education, Degrees, Certifications (only if required):

  • 5 year practical experience in-lieu-of a Bachelors Degree, but a Bachelors Degree is desired
