Category Information Technology  

Objective:  The focus of this contract is to research, develop, demonstrate, integrate, and test innovative technologies that defend against cyberspace threats and support network management and to develop techniques that provide a means to leverage expertise and applications from alternative cyber intelligence assessment perspectives and merge them to provide a situational awareness (SA) perspective to DoD Combatant Commands/Services/Agencies/Field Activities (CC/S/A/FAs). The contractor shall provide USCYBERCOM with high quality, efficient and effective, performance-based engineering services in the areas of research, development, test and evaluation.

The Contractor shall develop, maintain, and periodically publish training plans, course catalogs, training schedules, and any procedural documents that may be required. The Contractor shall teach TA classes and develop/update TA classes including any associated training aids, exercises, and tests.  Each new course shall be piloted to obtain critical feedback for any necessary modifications to the class format, duration, and content. The Contractor shall perform all logistical activities required for course instruction to include: arranging for classrooms, preparing/disseminating course announcements, registering students, preparing instructional materials and classrooms, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SME), preparing certificates, and maintaining training records.  Training records must be maintained in a database that can easily be manipulated to gather the tailored statistics required by Government leadership. The Contractor shall develop an internal TA evaluator development program.  Records are to be maintained to determine each evaluator’s developmental progression.

Position Requirements

• At least 5-12 years of experience in performing Technical Assurance or related standard of development/test/evaluation methodologies.
• 5-12 years of experience in course preparation and presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate sophisticated ideas in a simplistic manner.

• CISA, GCIH, CISSP (or associate), or CASP

Security Clearance

Candidate must currently possess an active TS/SCI with CI poly to be considered for this position.
