Category Project Management  
Description Ensures that all system platforms are functional and secure. Works with upper management to determine acceptable level of risk for enterprise computing platforms. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

This candidate will work as part of an integrated business development team managing business acquisition activity in the Cyber Security arena. This role is responsible for the management of all activity required to develop and execute strategy, assemble resources, manage the process, and ensure quality proposals are delivered and business development activities result in capture.

As part of the BD team, this candidate will also provide proposal management knowledge and will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to a disciplined proposal team developing competitive, winning Federal Government proposals for CSSS.NET's Cyber division. Essential duties will include but are not limited to planning, scheduling and managing all aspects of the proposal process. They will work directly with the proposal team to write and finalize the proposal, in addition to leading the production and delivery for the effort.

The candidate will coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company's cyber programs. Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules and develop solutions to program problems. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Act as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks.  
Position Requirements Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree and 10 years related experience.

Required and Desired Skills:

Experience in Cyber Security, Business Development, Capture Management, and Proposal work

Management and Technical Leadership skills

Knowledge of DoD, IC and Civilian agencies

Knowledge of collecting Past Performance Information

Have the ability to:

o Create capture plans

o Gather market intelligence,

o Participate in development of staffing plan,

o Construct compliance plans,

o Craft original text for responses such as capability statements for RFI and assist with proposal writing for RFPs/RFQs


Active Top Secret (preferred) or the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
