Position General Objective
The person is responsible of the hiring and training plan for all resources in the new facility. Handles Labor Relations and Safety. The person is responsible for establishing and implementing the SAA as well as policies and guidelines according to the Corporate and Management.
Location: Silao, Guanajuato, Puerto Interior.
Responsibilities:
Follow up Job Descriptions.
Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection of new employees.
Responsible for the Orientation/Termination Processes.
Negotiations and follow up of local Labor Agreements.
Implements and follow up of the Benefits established for employees.
Implements and follow up Employee Data System.
Implements and follow up HR Procedures and Manuals according to Corporate, Management and applicable Laws.
Ensure an appropriate work environment as well as the physical and emotional employee needs.
Responsible for the follow up of emergency issues.
Runs training group for development of all employees.
Handles all personnel activities with the Corporation.
Follow-up security measures according to the area, activities and organizational structure.
Electronic Programs:
Ms Office, Plex, Travel Portal, Local Systems.
Communication:
Public relations and communication activities - direct.
Innovation:
Continuous improvement of the HR Processes.
Supervision:
Train, develop and motivates subordinates.
Profile:
• College degree or eight years of experience.
• Advanced English
• Thorough knowledge of Corporation and Unit policies and procedures as they relate to Personnel.
