Description

This position plays a key role in the department that includes interfacing with the Business to understand requirements and make recommendations, taking a lead role in analyzing the current processes, making recommendations for improvement which will reduce expenses, optimize sales and improve policy retention.

             Design Pay Plans for all Business Segments:

                        *Manage Expense Exposure: Bad debt, Credit Card, NSF, Agency chargebacks etc.

                        *Work with Product, Sales and Operations to Design Pay Plan Programs to optimize Sales, Policy Retention and Operational Efficiency.

 

             Maximize Fee Income Opportunities

                         * Ensure that all fee income opportunities are exploited and UW costs are adequately covered

                         * Work with Product and Corporate Analytics to ensure appropriate support for all fee initiatives

 

         Develop Pay Method Strategy

                          * Evaluate and revise auto pay platform

 

    Collaborate with UW Manager & Compliance

                           * Ensure cancellations are properly executed

                           * Analyze and revise reinstatement guidelines

 

Position Requirements

Ability to present a comprehensive view of the billing infrastructure for all customer segments of the PPA marketplace.

Demonstrates the ability to discuss billing concepts and articulating system integration techniques

Demonstrates ability to communicate with business as well as development staff about business requirements.

Exhibits a thorough knowledge of the system and business requirements to enable analysis of production problems.

Demonstrates ability to lead projects.

Demonstrates high level of skill in the analysis of requirements and design documents, and attending specifications meetings.
