Prior sales experience is not a must, as we offer six weeks of in-depth training to cover the P&C industry, our products and systems, and proven sales techniques to empower you for success.Our average Sales Agents earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually but with no cap on what you can earn. We are an inbound sales center, so 95% of the people you're talking to are already interested in buying. Ability to sell a multitude of products from 16 partner carriers. Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

*Strong sales negotiation &/or customer need fulfillment experience

*Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills

*Demonstrated strong persuasion and negotiation skills

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

*Ability to pass Property & Casualty test and obtain Property & Casualty license

Preferred Qualifications

*College degree is preferred, but not required

*Previous experience in sales (may include retail, or similar establishment, consulting or high-end consumer needs).In lieu of sales experience, will consider candidates who have strong desire and aptitude to start a career in Sales.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office
