Our average Sales Agents earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually but with no cap on what you can earn!

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

*Strong sales negotiation &/or customer need fulfillment experience

*Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills

*Demonstrated strong persuasion and negotiation skills

*Proficient key-boarding skills

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

*Ability to pass Property & Casualty test and obtain Property & Casualty license

*Real-world experience a plus!

 

Preferred Qualifications

*College degree preferred, but not required

*Previous experience in sales (may include retail, or similar establishment, consulting or high-end consumer needs.) In lieu of sales experience, will consider candidates who have strong desires and aptitude to start a career in Sales.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office
