Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
*Resolves product and service problems.
*Maintains and updates customer records.
*Prepares work to be processed by sorting organizing and recording data, information, and documents.
*Updates customers on policies and procedures.
*M-F (8:00 am - 9:00 pm) Saturday (9:00 am - 8:30 am) Sunday (CLOSED)
***Bi-Lingual a PLUS***
High School Diploma or GED is required. Previous Customer Service experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be customer-oriented and able to effectively trouble shoot and resolve customer questions and concerns.
