Primary Purpose:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the VP of Business Development in working closely with key stakeholders and Business Development team members to deploy, implement, and analyze marketing programs in support of business goals within the Agency Channel distribution network. This position will support cross-functional teams, aid in the development of data collection and reporting tools, analyses, and business assessments, prepare and publish reports and presentations for sales team members and accounts and perform a variety of duties as determined by the VP of Business Development..

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in agreement creation, implementation, distribution and tracking.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining contingency databases and reporting tools.
  • Assist in automation with new ideas and approaches.
  • Compile and prepare internal and external reports.
  • Communicate results and analysis via desired method and in a timely manner both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with sales and accounting to provide data and information for contingency payments.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams on other projects as requested. 
  • Assist and/or manage ad hoc projects
  • Prepare reports for BDMs
  • Do some iBDM tasks
  • Fact check the contingency process
  • TPAS maintenance until YE 2017
  • Reg Ed maintenance until YE 2017
  • Conversion maintenance until YE 2016
  • Keeper of agreements and contracts
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business, or professional experience
  • Operational experience with Excel and MS Access and proven ability using formulas and shortcuts in Excel.
  • Operational proficiency with standard office productivity software (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable operating with multiple sources of data simultaneously with the ability to rapidly gather, structure, and prepare data for analysis.
  • Comfortable collecting, reviewing, interpreting, and summarizing data.
  • Ability to provide accurate inputs and information to facilitate decision making.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational skills, project management skills, and self-motivated.
  • Self-initiating yet able to work collectively and effectively with other functions or departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Enthusiastic, results oriented, and desire to push for excellence.
