  • Process assigned field tickets and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process online e-invoicing and e-ticketing entries for assigned customers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process daily timesheets and weekly batch reports in customer’s third party system.
  • Review incoming field tickets to confirm balances and make adjustments when required.
  • Review customer requirements worksheet to ensure field tickets meet customer requirement and confirm sales approval.
  • Handle customer phone or email inquiries and address discrepancies.
  • Liaise with Station Personnel and Sales Associates to address billing or customer related issues.
  • Photocopy & mail out original field ticket and invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Billings & Administration Manager, the Controller or the VP of Finance.
