Description

 We are looking for a qualified candidate, who should be residing in Fort McMurray. Relocation would be considered for the right applicant. Schedule is a 5 on 2 off rotation.

  • Show excellent customer relations skills.
  • Promote the company image through the exercise of sound and ethical business practices as related to clients and the public.
  • Maintain strong relationships and a positive culture with co-workers and all field personnel.
  • Responsible for the growth of local sales with vendors located in the Fort McMurray Industrial Park for all of HSE Integrated’ s applicable revenue streams.
  • Responsible for the preparation and accuracy of customer quotes (field, walk-ins, 3rd party resale) for day to day projects.
  • Maintain a mature and professional attitude at all times.
  • This includes remaining alert and clear-headed during evenings and weekends away from the office when on call.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all HSE Integrated products and services
  • Maintain a basic competency and understanding in all divisions of HSE Integrated business including Air, Fire, Medical, Industrial and Special Services
  • Participate in the HSE Integrated Safety Program and comply with all applicable safety responsibilities as laid out in the HSE Integrated Health & Safety Administration Manual.
  • Communicate with and assist Fleet Services, Payroll, Human Resources
  • Follow up jobs performed by HSE in FMM region and report to Account Manager and Operations Manager
  • Present yourself in a professional manner at all times while representing HSE
 
Position Requirements
  • Previous safety experience and/or a minimum of 3 years field experience with knowledge of equipment and personnel requirements for Air, Medical, Fire/Shower, Industrial & Special Services would be considered a benefit
  • Previous dispatching and/or sales experience would be considered an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Possess pleasant and articulate telephone manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and the creation and implementation of specialized spreadsheets and inter-departmental systems/processes.
  • Enjoy working in a stimulating environment with tight timelines and client initiated deadlines
