  • Coordinate regular onsite personnel and equipment evaluations in adherence to HSE Integrated’s field inspection procedures and timelines.
  • Coordinate on-the-job mentoring, coaching, and training for HSE Integrated’s field personnel in adherence with HSE Integrated policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the training of field personnel relative to applicable government laws, codes, and regulations and industry recommended practices.
  • Provide explanation, guidance, and interpretation of HSE Integrated’s Procedure and Technical Manual.
  • Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of HSE Integrated’s Procedure and Technical Manual
  • Provide support to the Employee Passport Program as designated by the Station Manager.
  • Assist (on request) in the preparation and mobilization of resources for large, complex jobs with emphasis on quality control requirements through the completion of training opportunity forms and onsite personnel and equipment evaluations.
  • Lead, demonstrate, and encourage a positive safety culture where safety is an integral element to every task.
  • Assist the Station Manager (on request) with performance appraisals of field staff.
  • Maintain open and clear communication between station management and field staff.
  • Understand, support, and apply HSE Integrated’s Code of Practice regarding the substance abuse policy where it involves reasonable suspicion and/or post-incident drug and alcohol testing.
  • Meet with clients (at the request of the local Station and General Manager) to ensure follow-up with service or field personnel job-performance issues and assist in completing follow-up related to additional skills training.
  • Have a thorough understanding of, contribute to, and participate in (at least once per calendar year)
  • HSE Integrated field-staff development programs to ensure consistent promotion and training during field mentoring and training duties.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in the oilfield and/or industrial industry.
  • Must possess or be working toward NCSO or HSA designation.
  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience on both drilling and service rigs.
  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience in industrial related plants and facilities.
  • Must have generated sufficient experience in coordinating, leading and providing general site safety during shutdown.
  • Working knowledge and experience of rescue and emergency response operations.
