  • Proactively develop and implement strategies that present HSE (internally & externally) as a Company of choice for Industrial Services
  • Manage procedures and health & safety management systems
  • Management and development of the industrial services growth strategy, which includes working with internal Recruiting functions for personnel hiring and assuring profitability and sustainable operation
  • Develop teamwork and sharing of resources between industrial service centers while maintaining and promoting individual marketing identities in pricing schemes, job types and equipment
  • Assist with business development activities for Industrial Services; act as corporate representative on key industrial accounts
  • Review and approve all pricing & submissions for industrial work, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs in conjunction with the Western & Eastern Sales Management Team.
  • Communicate all manpower, equipment and resources needed to the appropriate service center to assist in all responses across the region.
  • Assure proper staffing of each business unit by maintaining a progressive plan that aligns itself with the service center model
  • Formulate, develop, implement and measure market strategies, penetration and business goals and objectives
  • Participate in joint calls with Account Managers or Specialists as needed and maintains a professional image when dealing with customers. Works with all agents of business and management to drive and grow Industrial Service sales
  • Position is based out of Calgary, Alberta and will require travel to both client & HSE facilities throughout the year.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years as HSE professional including a working knowledge of and experience with current HSE regulations, permitting processes and responsibilities.
  • Preferences will be given to candidates who posses an NCSO, CRSP or OH&S designation.
  • Demonstrate Project Management and Planning abilities in an environment in constant flux.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams
  • Resilient individual capable of being efficient and calm during times of pressure
  • Proven time management skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage and coordinate teams and projects in a fast paced professional environment
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to convey complex HSE information, business strategies and actionable analysis to senior management and stakeholders in a concise, understandable manner
  • Exceptional computer and technical writing skills, including proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
