Position Compliance Analyst  
Location OH, Cleveland  
Description The Unit Statistical Processor is responsible for reporting Unit Statistical Reports and address correspondence with regards to these reports. Interacts with business segments, premiums, claims, financial and IT functions. Participates in process improvement efforts as needed as AmTrust continues to grow.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reviews the monthly overdue/delinquent unit reports from the bureaus.
• Research reason for overdue and delinquent reports.
• Submit or resubmit any unit report showing overdue or delinquent.
• Responds to any correspondence/questions from external State and Other Bureaus with regards to WC unit reports in a timely manner.
• Interact with other departments in order to solve an issue IE: Claims, Processing, Premium Audit, and others.
• Verifies accuracy of data and balances to the company's financials may need to work with other areas of the company.
• Build relationships with WC Bureaus and State Department of Insurance Offices to assist with understanding the requirements.
• Review and address the daily error reports received from NCCI and other WC Bureaus.
• Request Policies/Cancels to be entered in PEEP
• Run expected Unit Reports each Month
• Enter any unit stat reports required each month.
• If an issue is discovered see that it is corrected
• Print unit stat cards from Premium System to be entered
• Initiate projects to improve the current process
• Share knowledge
Position Requirements • Associates degree and/or related technical/underwriting/claims experience in the insurance industry
• Insurance Knowledge specifically Workers Compensation
• High degree of proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance topics (such as premiums, claims, & expenses)
• Ability to learn quickly and apply advanced problem solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to manage and accommodate shifting priorities
