Position Premium Audit Assistant  
Location OH, Cleveland  

Will assist the audit department and staff with certain tasks that are needed to be completed. Will communicate with insured’s, agents and underwriters to handle their concerns via phone or email.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides a written summary of audit information for processors to use to process the audit.
  • Communicate with insured’s and agents through written correspondence and telephone calls.
  • Able to manage time and prioritize duties so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of certain manual rules and why they are implemented on certain policies.
  • Will need to comprehend our collections process as certain responsibilities will be collections related.
  • Email, fax or mail audit worksheets as requested by insured’s and agents.

Handling of the audit department Sox Tracker and pre-audit confirmation letters.



Position Requirements

A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Word Processing software.
