Description

Warrantech Corporation, a part of AmTrust Financial Services, is currently seeking a Telemarketing Supervisor for their Bedford, TX call center.

PURPOSE: The Telemarketing Supervisor will support and manage a group of Telemarketing Representative providing motivation and assistance to drive individual performance as well as to drive the team to meet their collective revenue and call quality goals. The Supervisor will be proficient in their ability to communicate, apply critical thinking, and possess leadership skills. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Monitors performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and qualit;
  • Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance;
  • Coach and maintain staff; develop reward and incentive activities;
  • Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback;.
  • Conduct interviews and administer training for new hires and existing staff;
  • Keep track of agent's attendance; daily reports, paid time off, sick time, etc;
  • Use coaching and counseling procedures to correct on-going problems.
  • Handle complex customer complaints or enquiries;
  • Act as the first levelof contact to employees, including work schedules, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions and terminations;
  • Effectively manager lead database system "Dialer";
  • All other duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred;
  • 2 years successful experience in a sales focused Call Center environment;
  • Superior organizational, analytical and time-managment skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
  • Ability to understand statistics and data analysis;
  • Must be extremely flexible with your work schedule as business needs require.
