Telemarketing Manager

Position Call Center Manager  
Location TX, Bedford  

Warrantech Corporation, a part of AmTrust Financial Services, is currently seeking a Telemarketing Manager for their Bedford, TX call center.

PURPOSE: Supervises the day to day activities of team members within the Direct telemarketing call center operations. Evaluates and coordinates the workflow and activities of telemarketing representatives to meet the daily/monthly sales goals. Supports telemarketing representatives on calls with escalating issues. 


  • Monitors calls to observe employee demeanor, sales technique, and conformity to policies.
  • Provide direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of daily/monthly sales goals.
  • Receives and resolves escalated calls and complaints.
  • Achieve, measure, report and communicate goal attainment for assigned team.
  • Develops and maintains area specific records, reviews and interprets reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of issues to Manager.
  • Use coaching and counseling procedures to correct on-going problems.
  • Trains new employees and answers existing employees’ questions.
  • Responsible for progressive performance of team members.
  • Maintains positive morale while accomplishing sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).   College Degree a plus
  • Five (5) years Call Center Manager experience in a sales environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory skills.
  •  Five years  (telemarketing) sales experience
  • Ability to manage associates and customers.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional shifts which meet the needs of team and company.
