Position Inside Sales Supervisor  

Location OH, Cleveland  

Description Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, the Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing and enhancing procedures within the Inside Sales team to ensure maximum productivity. This position will monitor the day to day activities of the Inside Sales Team, while maintaining direct agency relationships to drive sales opportunities. Position will allow for management development, while continuing to enhance individuals sales and marketing abilities.

Primary Duties

•Continues to be responsible for production within a limited agency force

•Reviews Inside Sales Process and Procedures and makes recommendations for improvement

•Monitors day to day activities of Inside Sales force to improve production

•Responds to workday and general employee requests

•Assists Regional Sales Director in Territory analysis for annual sales budget

•Tracks Inside Sales Incentives/Productions both internally and externally

•Monitors new business submissions process and follows up on quoted accounts as well as incomplete submissions

•Authority to make additions/deletions of products and services available to individual agencies

•Maintains an enhanced level of understanding of all AmTrust products, services and solutions and initiates discussions with other business units as appropriate

•Exhibits knowledge of competitor products and capabilities along with general market trends

•Leadership liaison between Underwriting and Inside Sales Departments

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

•Minimum of an associates degree, bachelor's preferred

•1-2 years sales experience preferred

•1-2 years supervisory experience preferred

•Strong leadership skills

•Ability to communication techniques to improve performance

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software

•Proficient in AmTrust systems AmTrust On-line and ANA
