Position Inside Sales Consultant  
Location TX, Dallas  
Description Reporting to the Regional Sales Director the Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting Sales Managers and in-office staff in all facets of the sales cycle. Primary duties include assistance with submission follow up, on-line agency training, and acting as a Liaison between Sales and Underwriting. This Position requires a highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task.
Primary Duties:
• Conduct webinar training on Direct Submit/BOL for assigned agencies
• Conduct webinar training on ANA for access to submission status, policies, endorsement, loss runs, etc.
• Act as a resource in providing access to customer service department.
• Maintain a supply of all marketing materials and any revisions.
• Monitor new business submission activity and renewal business for assigned agencies.
• Follow up on all new and renewal quotes
• Communicating underwriting appetite and new products to assigned agent base
• Distribute Spotlight reports and follow up with requests for new business submissions.
• Meet with underwriting on a weekly basis to discuss appetite and agency related issues.
• Participate in the preparation and marketing in trade shows.

• Verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence
• Creative thinker and should possess ability to resolve problems
• Good organizational skills
• Should have ability to multitask and handle business conflicts
• Actively involved in the developmental plans of the company and devoted to work
• Proficient in Office Applications: Power Point, Word , Outlook and Excel
• 1 to 3 years of prior sales or customer service experience in a corporate environment preferred
