PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time Project Manager (PM) position located at our Arlington, VA office.
The Project Manager (Contractor) must submit monthly Progress, Status, and Management Reports. The PM shall prepare for, conduct, and participate in meetings and reviews. The meetings and reviews require the PM to prepare minutes for each meeting and submit them electronically for review. The PM shall resolve action items assigned to the Contractor at these meetings. The PM’s Progress, Status, and Management Reports indicate the progress and status of programs and assigned tasks. This report shall include cost updates and information relating to existing or potential problem areas and proposed actions to resolve problems. Reports shall be included with monthly invoice using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). PM’s Progress, Status, and Management Reports shall be in accordance with Monthly Status Report Format that will be provided. The PM shall participate in formal Program Management Reviews (PMR). PMRs will be a maximum of two (2) hours in duration, and held at the government work site unless an alternate site is mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the Government. PMRs shall provide attendees with the status and planned activities pertinent to ongoing programs. The Task Order Kick-off meeting will be conducted within 15 workdays of contract award; the first PMR will be held within 90 calendar days of award and every six months thereafter.
PROJECT MANAGER EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree field from an accredited college or university
- Must have 10 years experience in a related field that includes supervisory or management skills
