This is a full-time, non-exempt position that provides administrative support to high-level executives in business, medicine and government, requiring the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties/responsibilities,
Calendar and contact management, which includes scheduling of conference calls, meetings, internal/external), travel itineraries.
Expense reporting and reconciliation.
Creating, maintaining and keeping current all business materials, as directed by the President, utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access).
Ad hoc projects and research as determined by the Office Manager and President.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 -to 7years experience in an Administrative Assistant role working with a high-level management.
High School Diploma required and Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and training.
Excellent verbal, writing and editing skills.
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
Analytical skills and proven problem solving ability.
Professional and polished corporate image and demeanor that reflects the corporate environment.
