Project Manager 

Reports To Application Development Manager  
Supervise None  

This individual will be responsible for managing technology projects of various sizes with both internal and external clients.


  • Proactively manage technology projects of various sizes from beginning to end, including changes in project scope and client expectations
  • Plan, execute and close projects according to an approved project schedule
  • Lead project coordination efforts between technical and business resources
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and other project documentation
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and status to project resources and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Act as an effective liaison between project stakeholders and project resources
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve open project issues
  • Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Contribute to project management process improvement initiatives
  • Perform special projects as assigned
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational training or business experience
  • 3 + years of project management experience
  • PMP certification is a plus

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience including Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Able to effectively interface with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated experience with project management tasks related to each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle including project concept, analysis, design, development, testing and deployment
  • Experience managing technology projects
  • Experience in requirement management, tracking and reporting
  • Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion
  • Able to work independently and on a team within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrate good judgment while managing projects, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency

Special Requirements

  • Flexible to work outside normal working hours
  • Travel (as needed); overnight stay required
