Business Operations Coordinator - Eco-Life Group

The Business Operations Coordinator will assist the company with inventory management, purchase orders follow up, product development follow up, developing quotes, and shipments, for the Eco-Life Group. Coordinates the invoicing, shipping schedules, and supports all of Eco-Life administrative activities as required.


  • Coordinates production, inventory, and shipments with the departments involved.
  • Communication include order acknowledgements, order status and shipments details.
  • Assists with product development instructions, activities etc.
  • Providing internal customer service to inside and outside sales.
  • Problem resolution.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.  Excellent English/Spanish communication skills with the ability to follow up communications with all departments, staff, vendors etc..
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of Excel and Word
