Our Team

Wellnext's Organizational Development (OD) Analyst is a member of a dynamic and innovative learning and development team whose role is to provide hands-on support in building organizational capacity within a high change environment. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing and reporting on Talent and Org. Development processes using complex database management skills and tools. The role will work cross functionally with other groups in HR to integrate talent management and org. dev. data with other HR information. Support competency, succession, culture and career development efforts.


What you will be doing
The OD Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support by researching, data mining, reporting, interpreting and communicating data findings clearly into insightful information for action planning and improvement. Use multiple systems and tools to provide a fact-based, scientific approach to data analysis. Improve productivity and efficiency in execution of programs. Design, modify, and prepare specialized reports regarding reach and impact of programs and initiatives, organizational strengths and opportunities/gaps for increased organizational effectiveness in the areas of performance management, engagement, talent management, succession planning and organizational change management.
• Analysis
o Ability to decipher large data into usable and actionable information
o Skilled using various analytical tools such as Essbase, SQL, APT, SAS, Cognos, advanced Excel
o Working across the organization to gather data as needed
o Digging into issues to uncover root cause
o Scientific/statistical knowledge for Predictive Modeling


• Communication
o Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization- providing results and recommendations for senior executives
o Strong verbal and written communication skills – understanding customer's needs and converting that into usable reports,
o Easily builds partnerships with all support groups and peers

• Technology
o Proficient with computer skills – Essbase, SQL, SAS, APT, Cognos, advanced Excel and other data management tools and presentation construction
o Create course titles, descriptions and load relevant course materials within the LMS. Ensure consistency in all documentation and branding distributed by the Learning and Development Department

• Project Management
o Required to manage a variety of projects and performance measures. Meet deliverable expectations and timelines.

o Effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders to support strategic plans for training deliverables and proactively provide updates on project status.

Position Requirements

What you bring to the team
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or other related field or equivalent in education and experience. Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• Experience with large data analysis
• Critical thinking
• Experience with resultant knowledge of organizational behavior, adult learning principles, training and development techniques
• Certificate by ASTD (American Society of Training and Development), or like industry-recognized organization, in instructional design (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be team oriented and possess strong project management skills.
• Can work independently in setting agendas, schedules and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and advanced PowerPoint skills are a requirement.
• Intermediate-to-advanced ability to use authoring tools (for example: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, etc.) to create web-based training.
• Proven experience with training needs analysis, training development, and training evaluation.
• Personal adaptability to be flexible with evolving needs of the business and change.
• Nutraceutical industry and/or background a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills to engage diverse audiences in live classroom and virtual environments a plus.
